What's New at St. Hazards for 2005 Season

- Many new imported decorations and woodwork from Bali! Craftsmen on the island of Bali are creating special gazebos and beach shade structures for St. Hazards. Several months of detailed work will be required before they can be shipped to Middle Bass Island. We expect a May arrival so that they can be installed by Memorial Day. These items are part of major improvements to the resort this year.

- Completely renovated beach area, and boardwalk.
- Plans are set for the new St. Hazards marina! Extending 600ft from the base of the new condo building.

New Lake Erie Marina on Middle Bass Island
Reservation Policy:All reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A credit card security deposit for the villas and cabins is also required at check-in. No personal checks will be accepted at check-in. You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. You will not be aloud to check in unless the person or persons whose name appears on the reservation is present. Please note that you must take a ferry, airplane or boat to reach our resort. Please make appropriate preparations for your stay. Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing or by fax. The date of cancellation is the date the letter or fax is received. If the cancellation is received prior to 15 days of arrival, the entire amount due less 20% will be refunded. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS if notified 15 days or less prior to your expected arrival. No refunds due to bad weather or missing the ferry. For cancellations 30 days or more days in advance, a fee of $25 will be charged. |
