Regular maintenance fees of about $98 per month year-round. (this includes water, sewer, mowing, use of pool, etc.). Property taxes are only about $80 per year. Suggested rental rates are $495 per weekend and $125 per weekday. Rental management is available. All villas are 400 sq. ft. with one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living / dining area and deck. All furniture and appliances are included.
All are on leased lots with about 40 years remaining on them. No specific plans are in place after the 40 years.
