Fun for Kids and Families at St. Hazards!
St. Hazards welcomes families to our resort. Kids enjoy using our pool, biking around the quiet island and exploring nature preserves. Middle Bass Island State Park is next door.
Condo and Villa rentals. Visits to nearby Put-in-Bay (10 minutes by scheduled ferry service) are also popular. There is a playground located at the Middle Bass Island State Park. There is also a baseball diamond 1/4 mile away.
Because we have a microbrewery with live weekend entertainment, it does get busy then. Families should expect extra use of pool on weekends. Weekdays throughout the season have a more relaxed atmosphere.
Middle Bass Island is also the home of a pair of Bald Eagles. Their nest is located near the new airstrip only a short distance from St. Hazards.
