St. Hazard's Entertainers for 2015
Jonah Koslen was a founding member of the Michael Stanley Band and Breathless and a rock-n-roll legend in northeast Ohio. He plays his classic favorites plus island music and songs we all love. He has played at Hazards for more than 10 years and is a must see. Weather permitting, he plays outside by the tiki bar.
Billy the Kid and The Regulators are a high powered, guitar driven, horn infused, rhythm and blues band based in Pittsburgh. Lead singer Billy Evanochko is widely-known across the Steel City for his impassioned lyrics, seductive vocals, and stinging guitar riffs. Together with his band, The Regulators, they deliver a well-balanced dose of funky rhythm and blues, with heart and soul being the main ingredient. Playing countless clubs and festivals throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, the band attracts fans with their fresh mix and interpretation of the iconic R&B experience.
Introducing BluSoul... Hailing from the Beaver Valley, BluSoul provides a unique sound of a fusion between Blues and Soul... Band members include Bobby Thompson on Lead Guitar, Drew Pinchotti on the Bass and Background Vocals, Joey Pinchotti on the Drums and dynamic Lead Vocalist Jon Minor.
Good Seed - Rock, R&B and jam band. Originated in Pittsburgh by Chris Matthews in 2003. Currently the band plays out of Meadville, Pa. Influences include Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews, The Doors, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime and Pink Floyd.
Larry Belli - Acoustic and electric guitarist from the Pittsburgh, Pa area. He has decades of experience in blues, rock, R&B and jazz.
The Red Spades formed in Pittsburgh, PA in fall of 2013. Between the "in the pocket" perfectionist Kyle, the pure funkadelic riffs of bass player Matt, and the smooth, rich vocals of Bill, the trio delivers both a forceful house-band presence, while maintaining tasteful dynamics to create a truly organic representation of old school funk and up-beat R&B. Within just months of formation, The Red Spades have opened at arguably the nicest venue in the city, Rivers Casino, as well as hometown regular pubs.
