Reservation Policy:

All reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. A credit card security deposit for the villas and cabins is also required at check-in. No personal checks will be accepted at check-in.

You must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. You will not be able to check in unless the person or persons whose name appears on the reservation is present. Please note that you need to take a ferry, airplane or boat to reach our Beautiful Island Resort. Please make appropriate arrangements for your travel, ferry schedule. Sonny S ferry runs until September 24th.

 Cancellation Policy:   

 All cancellations must be in writing or by fax. The date of cancellation is the date the letter or fax is received. If the cancellation is received prior to 15 days of arrival, the entire amount due less 20% will be refunded. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS if notified 15 days or less prior to your expected arrival. No refunds due to bad weather or missing the ferry. For cancellations 30 days or more days in advance, a fee of $25 will be charged.
